Accidental - Norwegian Pale Ale - 5.1% pale 440 ml can.
This is a rebrew of our first beer fermented with a Kveik yeast strain; Voss. This beer was fermented at 35C and hopped with Mosaic hops. The kveik yeast strain imparts a slight citrus and orange tartness, this is more noticeable on the finish of the beer. Very refreshing and light for sure.
