Cancellation of Bookings.
The only fair way to allocate a limited number of tables, is to allow our customers to book these tables in advance. However if you decide not to arrive at your allocated time slot, or not show up at all, this costs us money.
We may take a deposit when you reserve/book your table with us. This will be usable as credit towards your drinks when you arrive. The person who booked the table will be able to use that credit when they order drinks, it is not possible to transfer the credit to another party member. Your deposit may be sent to you in the form of a gift card, please bring this with you on your phone or print it out before you arrive.
- You can cancel your table booking with us, up to 2 hours before your booking time. You will receive a full refund. This may at least allow us time to re-use your table for other customers.
- If you do not arrive or attempt to cancel your booking less than 2 hours before our time slot, we will not be able to offer you a refund. This is because it is less likely we will be able to re-use your table within this time.
- If you arrive late or not at all, we wont refund your deposit
- We will keep your table for a maximum of 15 minutes after your designated arrival time. After this we may need to give it to other waiting customers.
