Our first BARLEY WINE (2019) split between two barrels to age and evolve. This expression has developed in a 14 year old TOMINTOUL Ex Sherry Butt (Courtesy of Chorlton Whisky). The whisky had a mature sherry profile and notes of dried fruit and spice that lend perfectly to the character of the beer.
